Lynne’s Gift Shop, Thames

Lynne’s gift shop is an icon of Thames, but after 20 plus years, Lyn would like to retire.

For those who don’t know the shop, they sell a large range of home décor, souvenirs, handbags, prints, metal wall art, cushions, bedspreads, and much more.

Whilst it’s showing a very healthy return there is still a lot of room to grow the business, and with continued growth happening in Thames and the Coromandel Peninsula this shop will continue to prosper. In addition to growth in the area, a website with an online shopping facility would also benefit the business as people from outside the area can only shop in store at present.

Currently operated by the owner, Lyn employs one part time person to give her time off, and something a new owner may wish to continue.

A new owner will be provided with a list of all her suppliers, and it’s these relationships and reputation for quality that have taken many years to build.

Asking $125,000 plus stock of approximately $40,000.
